Because our products are classified as dietary supplements (ingestible goods), special rules apply to returns and refunds for health and safety reasons. Please read our policy carefully.
Returns
- Unopened Products Only
- We accept returns only on unopened, unused, and sealed products in their original packaging.
- Any product that has been opened, tampered with, or partially consumed cannot be returned or refunded for safety and hygiene reasons.
- Return Window
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Non-Returnable Situations
- Opened or used supplements.
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
- Orders past the 14-day return period.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@gosmax.com within 7 days of delivery.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
- In most cases, damaged items do not need to be returned; simply provide a photo of the issue.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to try another product, please return your unopened item for a refund and place a new order.
